Charlie qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has worked extensively on complex financial settlements upon divorce, jurisdictional issues, variation of maintenance applications, financial provision following an overseas divorce, enforcement of orders, appeals (including in the Court of Appeal), child abduction and national and international relocation of children. He frequently advises on high value pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
